"Music was my first religion"

I grew up in a musical home in the western suburbs of Boston, Mass where my parent's great love of music surrounded our home. From humble vinyl beginnings to the newest technology, I have been in the mix spinning a wide variety of music from dance, rock and trance to top 40 and more, but world music, spiritual grooves and sacred music have spoken to me, and have drawn me along my path.

Along the way with different interest I looked into may spiritual paths, until the path of yoga revealed itself to me. Turning within and maintaining devotional practices brought me to an unfolding joy and bliss that remains with me. I have sought to share and bring that very experience to others in anyway possible through music.
